THERAPY FOR TEENS

Commonly known as one of the toughest developmental times, the teen years can cause some tension and worry. However, this age can also bring incredible growth as adolescents begin to explore who they are and what they want to be.

Stephanie is passionate about helping teens develop their sense of self and identity. Sometimes teens just need to talk to someone who will hold a place for their anxieties, sadness, and frustration. With an open-minded and empathetic presence, Stephanie allows teens to unburden their stresses while helping them decide what choices they can make to thrive in life.

Parental support is important in this process to keep teens safe and improve relationships through communication and understanding. Stephanie finds that her energy and ability to relate creates the ideal situation for connecting with teenagers. From here, teens are able to take more responsibility, learn how to manage their feelings, and communicate their needs.
